How do I become a member? |
Fill out the new membership form, membership agreement, and send us a copy of your ID card, and a copy of the Dr's Recommendation. We will call, the doctor to verify the doctors license, the patient, and the start and expiration dates of the recommendation, or come into our store 5816 Roseville Rd #10, Sacramento. Can I use my out of state "state issued" medical marijuana ID card? |

Can you verify a patients at time of delivery, If I have a stamped embossed original prescription or card from another club? |
